Delete your account
This page is for students and parents who want their The Dream account, and the data held about them, deleted.
Student records are managed by teaching staff, so deletion is done by request rather than by a button inside the app. Fill in the form below and it will open your email app with the request ready to send — sending it from your own address helps us confirm the account is yours.
If the button does not open your email app
Some browsers cannot open an email app. In that case, send the same three details — your full name, your account email and the reason — directly to:

What happens next
- We reply to confirm we received the request.
- The account and its data are deleted within 30 days.
- Deleted: your name, email address, phone numbers, parent or guardian details, gender, class group, and your attendance, exam marks, homework records and staff notes. Your sign-in is disabled and you can no longer use the app.
- Possibly kept: a minimal record of fees already paid, where we are required to keep it. It is not used for anything else.
- Data cached on your own phone is cleared as soon as you sign out or uninstall the app.

حذف الحساب
هذه الصفحة للطلاب وأولياء الأمور الراغبين في حذف حسابهم على The Dream وحذف البيانات المحفوظة عنهم.
سجلات الطلاب يديرها فريق العمل، لذلك يتم الحذف بناءً على طلب لا بزر داخل التطبيق. املأ النموذج التالي وسيفتح تطبيق البريد لديك والطلب جاهز للإرسال — وإرساله من بريدك أنت يساعدنا على التأكد من أن الحساب حسابك.
إذا لم يفتح الزر تطبيق البريد لديك
بعض المتصفحات لا تستطيع فتح تطبيق بريد. في هذه الحالة أرسل البيانات الثلاثة نفسها — الاسم الكامل، وبريد الحساب، والسبب — مباشرةً إلى:

ماذا يحدث بعد ذلك
- نردّ عليك لتأكيد استلام الطلب.
- يُحذف الحساب وبياناته خلال 30 يومًا.
- ما يُحذف: اسمك، وبريدك الإلكتروني، وأرقام الهواتف، وبيانات ولي الأمر، والنوع، والمجموعة، وسجلات الحضور ودرجات الامتحانات والواجبات وملاحظات فريق العمل. ويُعطَّل تسجيل دخولك فلا يعود بإمكانك استخدام التطبيق.
- ما قد يبقى: حد أدنى من سجل الاشتراكات المدفوعة، حيث يُلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ به. ولا يُستخدم في أي غرض آخر.
- أما البيانات المخزّنة على هاتفك أنت فتُمحى بمجرد تسجيل الخروج أو إزالة التطبيق.
