Privacy Policy

The Dream is the student and parent app for Mr. Haleem Shalaby’s English classes. This policy explains what the app collects, why, who can see it, and how to have it deleted. It covers the Android app The Dream (com.ams.thedream.student) and the staff app used alongside it, The Dream Control.

Who is responsible

What we collect

You give us at registration — or a member of staff enters it when they add you to a class:

• Full name
• Email address — this is also your sign-in name
• Password — handled entirely by Firebase Authentication. It is never visible to us and we never store it.
• Gender — used only to place you in the correct class group. It affects nothing else in the app.
• Your phone number
• Your parent’s or guardian’s name and phone number
• Your academic stage, level and class group

Created as the class runs, by teaching staff, and shown back to you in the app:

• Attendance for each session
• Exam and quiz marks
• Homework status
• Monthly fee status
• Notes written by staff about your enrolment

Stored only on your own device:

• Your sign-in session identifiers, so you stay signed in
• Your language and theme choices
• A cached copy of your own records, so screens open without waiting for the network

Signing out or uninstalling the app clears all of that from the device.

What we do not collect

• No location, no contacts, no camera, photos or microphone, and no files from your device.
• No advertising identifier, and no advertising SDK.
• No analytics or crash-reporting SDK.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We never sell your data, and we never share it for advertising.

Why we use it

Only to run the class: to register you, take attendance, publish marks and homework, track fee status, and let staff reach you or your parent about your enrolment.

Who can see it

• You. A student account reads only its own records. That is enforced by server-side security rules, not just by which screens the app shows.
• Mr. Haleem Shalaby and his teaching staff, through The Dream Control.
• Google, as our infrastructure provider — see below.

Nobody else. We do not share your data with any other company, and we disclose it outside those groups only where the law requires it.

Where it is stored

The app runs on Google Firebase — Firebase Authentication for sign-in, Cloud Firestore for records, and Firebase Hosting for this page. Your data is stored on Google’s servers and processed by Google on our behalf under Google’s terms. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

All traffic between the app and Firebase is encrypted in transit (TLS).

Students under 13

The Dream is made for preparatory and secondary students, who are 13 or older. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Parents and guardians: you may ask to see, correct or delete your child’s data at any time using the contact details above.

How long we keep it

While you are enrolled, and for a reasonable period afterwards so the class record stays complete. After that — or as soon as you ask — it is deleted.

Deleting your account and data

There is no self-service delete inside the app, because student records are managed by teaching staff. To have your account and data removed, use the form on the Delete your account page, or email ahmed.elsersi3@gmail.com.

We act on requests within 30 days. Deletion removes your name, email address, phone numbers, parent details, attendance, marks, homework and staff notes, and disables your sign-in. We may keep a minimal record of fees already paid where we are required to.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. Use the contact details above.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be announced inside the app.

تطبيق The Dream هو تطبيق الطالب وولي الأمر لفصول اللغة الإنجليزية مع الأستاذ حليم شلبي. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها التطبيق، وسبب جمعها، ومَن يستطيع الاطّلاع عليها، وكيفية حذفها. وتسري على تطبيق أندرويد The Dream (com.ams.thedream.student) وعلى تطبيق فريق العمل المصاحب له The Dream Control.

البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات تقدّمها عند التسجيل — أو يُدخلها أحد أعضاء فريق العمل عند إضافتك إلى مجموعة:

• الاسم الكامل
• البريد الإلكتروني — وهو أيضًا اسم الدخول
• كلمة المرور — تتولّاها خدمة Firebase Authentication بالكامل، فلا نراها ولا نخزّنها إطلاقًا.
• النوع — يُستخدم فقط لوضعك في المجموعة الصحيحة، ولا يؤثّر على أي شيء آخر في التطبيق.
• رقم هاتفك
• اسم ولي الأمر ورقم هاتفه
• المرحلة والصف والمجموعة

بيانات تنشأ أثناء سير الفصل، يسجّلها فريق العمل وتظهر لك في التطبيق:

• الحضور والغياب في كل حصة
• درجات الامتحانات والاختبارات
• حالة الواجب
• حالة الاشتراك الشهري
• ملاحظات فريق العمل بخصوص قيدك

بيانات محفوظة على جهازك وحده:

• معرّفات جلسة الدخول، لتبقى مسجّلًا للدخول
• اختيارك للّغة ومظهر التطبيق
• نسخة مخزّنة مؤقتًا من سجلاتك أنت، لتفتح الشاشات دون انتظار الشبكة

ويؤدي تسجيل الخروج أو إزالة التطبيق إلى محو ذلك كله من الجهاز.

بيانات لا نجمعها

• لا نجمع الموقع الجغرافي، ولا جهات الاتصال، ولا الكاميرا أو الصور أو الميكروفون، ولا أي ملفات من جهازك.
• لا نستخدم معرّف الإعلانات، ولا أي حزمة إعلانات.
• لا نستخدم أي أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع للأعطال.
• لا نتتبّعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى.
• لا نبيع بياناتك أبدًا، ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.

سبب استخدام البيانات

لإدارة الفصل فقط: تسجيلك، ورصد الحضور، ونشر الدرجات والواجبات، ومتابعة حالة الاشتراك، وتمكين فريق العمل من التواصل معك أو مع ولي أمرك بخصوص قيدك.

مَن يستطيع الاطّلاع عليها

• أنت. حساب الطالب لا يقرأ إلا سجلاته هو، وهذا مفروض بقواعد أمان على الخادم، لا بشاشات التطبيق وحدها.
• الأستاذ حليم شلبي وفريق عمله، من خلال تطبيق The Dream Control.
• Google، بصفتها مزوّد البنية التحتية — انظر أدناه.

ولا أحد غير هؤلاء. لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي جهة أخرى، ولا نفصح عنها خارج هذه الفئات إلا حيث يُلزمنا القانون بذلك.

أين تُحفظ البيانات

يعمل التطبيق على Google Firebase — خدمة Firebase Authentication لتسجيل الدخول، وCloud Firestore للسجلات، وFirebase Hosting لهذه الصفحة. تُحفظ بياناتك على خوادم Google وتعالجها Google نيابةً عنّا وفق شروطها. اطّلع على سياسة خصوصية Google.

وجميع الاتصالات بين التطبيق وFirebase مشفّرة أثناء النقل (TLS).

الطلاب دون سن 13

صُمِّم The Dream لطلاب المرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية، وأعمارهم 13 عامًا فأكثر. وهو غير موجَّه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن عِلم. وإذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلًا دون 13 عامًا لديه حساب، فتواصل معنا وسنحذفه.

إلى أولياء الأمور: يحق لكم في أي وقت طلب الاطّلاع على بيانات أبنائكم أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عبر وسائل التواصل أعلاه.

مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ بها طوال مدة قيدك، ولفترة معقولة بعدها ليبقى سجل الفصل مكتملًا. وبعد ذلك — أو فور طلبك — تُحذف.

حذف الحساب والبيانات

لا يوجد حذف ذاتي داخل التطبيق، لأن سجلات الطلاب يديرها فريق العمل. ولحذف حسابك وبياناتك، استخدم النموذج في صفحة حذف الحساب، أو راسلنا على ahmed.elsersi3@gmail.com.

ننفّذ الطلبات خلال 30 يومًا. ويشمل الحذف اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وأرقام الهواتف وبيانات ولي الأمر وسجلات الحضور والدرجات والواجبات وملاحظات فريق العمل، ويُعطَّل تسجيل دخولك. وقد نحتفظ بحد أدنى من سجل الاشتراكات المدفوعة حيث يُلزمنا القانون بذلك.

حقوقك

لك أن تطلب معرفة ما لدينا من بياناتك، أو تصحيح أي خطأ فيها، أو حذفها، عبر وسائل التواصل أعلاه.

تعديل هذه السياسة

إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة فسنحدّث هذه الصفحة ونغيّر التاريخ في أعلاها. وسنعلن أيضًا داخل التطبيق عن أي تغيير جوهري.
